The movie seemed mostly about the invasion about the Capitol and Squad 541's trek through the city. Some bits were confusing and I couldn't tell what was happening, other times it was easier to see what was going on.
The most aggravating, but fun scene was the epilogue scene. Even though they didn't do anything to make Jennifer Lawrence look older, putting her in that yellow button up shirt made her seem older to me.
What was cool is how they kept Plutarch Heavensbee (Philip Seymour Hoffman) in the film by having letters with his later lines and read by Haymitch to Katniss.
Finally, the line that ruins the series for is "...and there are much worse games to play." I hate these series that close with basically an open end. Here's some series that I did like the ending, because the ending felt like a good wrap up: The Maze Runner, Warehouse 13, The Underland Chronicles, Dolphin Tale (although it's being said that there will be more...), and The Jaguar Stones. Other series ruined by open endings: The Camp Half-Blood series, Back to the Future, and Ghostbusters. Honestly, why can't writers just write closer endings to their books/movies?
7/10 for Mockingjay - Part 2.
